What to Have Ready When You Call

The more specific you can be about what the system is doing, the more accurately we can scope the job on the phone. It helps to have the following ready before you call:

• The make and model of the equipment, found on the label on the unit itself
• The age of the system, if you know it
• A clear description of the symptom: what the system is doing or not doing, when it started, and whether anything changed before the problem appeared
• Any fault codes showing on the thermostat or control board
• Whether the issue affects the whole house or specific rooms

You do not need all of that to call. A description of the symptom is enough to start the conversation, and we will ask the questions that help us scope the job from there.

What Happens After You Call

Getting your comfort problem handled starts with a quick call. Here is what the process looks like from that point forward:

1. You describe the problem. Tell us what the system is doing, which equipment is involved, and where the property is located. We ask follow-up questions to get a clear picture of the job.
2. We scope the work and confirm the price. The cost of the visit is confirmed on the call before anything is scheduled. You know what the visit covers before anyone shows up.
3. The visit happens. The technician who comes out performs a full diagnosis, explains the fault and the repair options, and gets your agreement before any work begins.
4. The system is tested before the visit ends. Whether the job is a repair, a replacement, or a maintenance visit, the equipment runs through a full cycle and the results are confirmed before the visit closes.

The work gets explained while it is happening. If the scope changes on site, that gets communicated before additional work begins, and nothing is added without your agreement.
